Going out of Town Hello friends! Sorry I haven't kept up with the blog lately. Been busy through finals and then busy partying too much. I think most of you know what's gonig on in my life anyways except for those of you that I don't see often. Anyways, I bet most of you don't know that I'm going to Xiamen, China to visit my relatives on the 7th of Janurary. Yes I will be leaving on the 7th and won't get back until the 19th. I promise to post pictures when I get back. I still go pictures from Vegas and parties around campus. Best wishes to all of you and host you guys enjoy the rest of the break!

Hong Kong Madness Yes Im In Hong Kong

Hong Kong Madness! Yes I'm in Hong Kong now! After about 17 hours of traveling, I finally arrived in HK at 10PM HK time. Just got up and I'm in my cousin Thomas' cramped bedroom, he's out of town right now so I'm using his room. Today I think the plan is to go to the China Travel Center and get a visiting Visa so I can go to Xiamen. Then after that my cousin Simon (the one who likes to eat) is going to take us to a sushi buffet. This place is supposed to bigger, fresher and better than the one we went to last time and last time wasn't even a buffet. He says that if you eat a piece of each different kind of sushi they have there, you won't get to try them all. And it's only about $12 when coverted to USD. Well I gotta go take a shower, I hope to be able to keep up my blog. It won't be as easy when I get to China because not many people have high speed internet access.

Madness Indeed Damn Im Tired So Tired

Madness Indeed Damn I'm tired, so tired from all the damn shopping and eating! It's almost like I'm forced to shop and eat non-stop. Shop, eat, shop, eat, shop, eat. I just got back from, shopping at some busy crowded shopping malls. I think I might go out and eat some late night snack later. Anyways, last night I went to the driving range with my cousin Simon to try out his new set of Titleist irons that we got him. Damn those clubs rock! I wish he was left-handed so I could keep the clubs for myself...hehe. So yes if you're wondering what I've been up to, just eating and shopping. I hope I get to do some more different things when I get to Xiamen tomorrow. I have a feeling that it's gonna be pretty much the same. You know you're in Hong Kong... 5. When you're hungry in the middle of the night and you get can food down the block. 4. When the only guys who have my buzz cut are old men who are balding and decide to cut off the majority of their hair. 3. When the second most abundant car you see is Mercedes Benz. (the first is the red taxi cab) 2. When the girls look hotter from the back than the front. (they all have pretty hair) 1. When you step on the escalators leading to the subway and you nearly get thrown. (they are twice as fast than in the US and everyone is in a hurry)

Back At Base After Day Of Driving To

Back at Base After a day of driving to Shenzhen and taking a flight on a small Chinese commercial plane, I am back in Xiamen all in one piece. I thought I was gonna go down in that plane, it felt so weird and unstable. You could actually hear the plane's engines giving more power when you're dropping in altitude and also I saw the wings flapping around, it was scarry. I think this coming to Xiamen this time is the most emotional for me. My grandpa wasn't here to see me when I came back because he past away over the summer. It was a sad atmosphere arriving home and not seeing him there to greet me, I really miss him. Go Go Go! After dinner with the relatives and some of the usual mah-jong, I hit the V.E. Internet Cafe with Daniel again. Last time I was there, we played with CS with Simon and Lisa too. VE had about 100 pcs all networked together and most of the players were playing CS and they weren't that great. This time when I went, 100 pcs grew to 300 pcs! And on top of that, most of the people playing CS are actually good! Damn if they were playing in the US, they'd all be considered cheaters. I think there's a lot of players who are at least as good as I am or maybe better. I think better because they use a ball mouse and they can play like I do with an optical mouse, amazing. Oh and another great thing about the internet cafe is that if you're hungry after playing 4 hours straight, you can tell one of the employees to go downstairs to the dark alley and bring you up a bowl of hot beef with noodle soup! What great service, only in China.

Blackhole Stomach Yeah I Wish I Had

Blackhole Stomach Yeah I wish I had a blackhole stomache, one that can handle anything and everything I throw at it. Went out shopping/eating today. I think it's impossible to go hungry while I'm in Xiamen, I don't think I stopped eating today for longer than an hour. I must be getting fat. Four of us stuffed ourselves at the Chinese food court with only 50 RMB, that's like $6!!! And the food was good, it wasn't fast food either. Anyways, I got to see the new Chinese movie "Hero" it's with Jet Li and it's supposed to be the next Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. I think the movie was pretty cool except I couldn't understand what was going on because the Chinese they spoke was way too complicated for me. I think I will start working out a little tomorrow at the new gym. I even bought a pair of pants of and new tennis shoes for about $20, I think I'll leave them here to use them whenever I come back to Xiamen. Why are girls getting hotter? Damn I think I'm getting the Away From Jaime Syndrome.

Mcinvasion So I Went To My Birthplace

McInvasion So I went to my birthplace today (Gulangyu Island) and it's still as nice as I last saw it. Except this time when I was leaving, I saw that they built this new outdoor mall right when you get off the docks. It's a nice mall and all but McDonald's takes up a big portion of it. Not cool to see a seclusive island become a tourist attraction and then get invaded by McDonald's. But they have a great buffet upstairs on the top floor for about $3 person. Forgetted it So I keep forgetting to post here eventhough things keep happening. For example, two nights ago my mom had some chest pains and was feeling really bad and she was shaking. So I took her to the ER. It was scarry, the ER seemed way understaffed and they didn't have like good life saving equipment or whatever you call it. So anyways, while we were waiting for a doctor, we saw a guy pull in a woman who was in really bad shape. Looked like she was barely conscious and she was puking. Supposedly her stomach hurts. He carried her to one of the rooms with great difficulty only to be told that she had to be brought to another room. My mom was so caught up in the drama she was trying to direct the doctors what to do, it was funny. After thigns settled down a bit, guess what, she didn't feel chest pains anymore and she felt all good again. I think after seeing how bad of shape some other people were she forgot her own conditions. So I played MahJong last night and won some money. I sat down and the first hand I played I got the highest winning hand, should've seen the look on their faces, they were shocked cuz I won so fast.

Leaving Xiamen So After Week Of

Leaving Xiamen So after a week of nonstop eating and shopping with a few massages inbetween, I am finally leaving my hometown for Hong Kong.

Dont Take Your Love Away From Me Im

Don't take your love away from me
I'm Like a Bird...
12/07/2001 - 1/22/2003 ...? T_T

Nelly Says It All Just To Clarify Dont

Nelly says it all Just to clarify, "Don't take your love away from me" was just an Italian song I heard at Olive Garden in the restroom right after Jaime and I broke up. Even more ironic was that the song just ended when I left the restroom. And also "I'm Like a Bird" is the song I heard today from Nelly Furtado. Listen to this song and you'll hear Nelly explain why we broke up.

Old Geesers So Jimmy Turns 22 On

Old Geesers So Jimmy turns 22 on Tuesday, we celebrated his birthday at my house in Woodbury with a little gathering. We all went in the hot tub, except for Sandy, but it was all fun and I almost fainted. Tomorrow is Super Bowl Sunday. I have to work at Peking Way all day. But I will have a TV, yay. Buccaneers vs. Raiders, my prediction is that the Bucs will win but I had a dream that the Raiders won. So we'll see...
