Small Town Wedding Freshwater Fun This
Small town wedding & freshwater fun This weekend Danny and I went up north to Hibbing for our friend Kate's wedding. Hibbing is a small town of 15,000 people located 3 and half hours north of the cities. The wedding was great, traditional and simple. It wasn't the most beautiful wedding I've seen but it sure was a lot of fun partying it up at the reception. The reception was at a restaurant called Elks Lounge. It occupied the entire 3rd floor of a building and it was big. There was a lot of good American food and an open bar. We started partying it up at 4PM and didn't end till 11PM. Through out the night, we drank like fishes in the sea and urinated countless times. I even ended up urinating in a very interesting location at the end of the night. Let's just say I wouldn't be axious in checking my mail anytime soon. After we got back to the cities Danny, David and I went to White Bear lake for some fishing before the sun went down. We actually caught fish that were not sunnies. How surprising, I caught 3 bass and only 1 sunny. We brought a good number of fishes back and just finished eating them. The weather was great, this weekend was great. Time to go back to Dinnaken and get ready to start work on Monday. Oh and my ankle has gotten a lot better. I can walk now but it still hurts when my shoe edge presses against the sore ankle part. I hope it gets better soon so I can play some active sports other than drinking.
