Cherish everything you have
One of my friends in Singapore is going to see his friend Blenheim in the hospital today, I asked him what's wrong, he pointed me to a blog where Blenheim's friend Tocky explained what happened, sort of.
The blog is called "Impossible is Nothing" and here's a link to it.
Tocky says this...
"this is ths most terrible days of my life..guys and girls reading this...comparing to a relastionship break up with your gf and bf cannot not even compare to the feeling of losing a love one... really, it's terrible, TREASURE YOUR LOVED ONES...please do not wait till somehting happen then we start to make our first move... love is not periodic, there is no start or edn time to love, love is everythere, all the time....Oh God be with my brother...."
I really have to agree with him. Most of the time I find myself wrapped up in my daily activities like work, school, and yes, them damn video games. I get so wrapped up that I forget about the most important thing in life, the people I love. I fail to communicate to them just how much I love and appreciate them.
Tocky's good friend is now in a deep coma after having a clog in a major artery leading to his brain. He has a 10%-20% chance of surviving the 2nd surgery because the 1st one had failed. Imagine being able to hear your friends and family talking to you and praying for you but you can't even express how much you love them. Today I will call those people that I care about, those whom I've been too "busy" to call. I suggest you all do that, cherish what you have today, not tomorrow when you're not "busy".
