Saggy pants downgraded Virginia bans low-rider pants Do you remember when it was fashionable to sag your pants so much that your boxers are showing? I don't remember if I did when I was in high school but I do remember some "gansta" Edina kids doing that. Man I thought it was so cool, I wanted to be just like them but I knew that it would grow on me and in a few years they'd pass a bill that would fine you for wearing saggy jeans. I also didnt sag because I wore whitey tighties back then and it wasn't as hot showing them because any brown/yellow stains would be easily noticed. ::snaps fingers:: Well if you sag your pants, better not do it in Virginia, you'll get fined $50 now. If I was a sagger in Virginia I would wear TWO pairs of pants. The outer layer to express my fashion statement by sagging and the inner layer to protect me from this new indecent exposure bill.
