Waiting Game So After Waiting For
the waiting game So after waiting for a about two weeks to hear back from Cypress I finally emailed them again. I thought they didnt want me. Perhaps they didnt want because my cell went off twice during the interview, maybe cuz my breath was stinky? I donno, I was worried so I emailed them. The the recruit replied and said that I should've heard from HR because he gave them a recommendation for hire and he'd turn up the heat on them if they didnt get back to me soon. Then 30mins later I got a call from a CA area code, it was Cypress. The HR lady (Kimberly) told me that they are going to extend an offer to me to go work for them over the summer as a co-op. Very cool.... now I gotta find a way to tell my currently employer (nicely) that I'm going to leave them and work for a silicon valley company over the summer instead. It's been a rough week, the only good thing was this job offer in San Jose. Everything else SUCKED!!! Tests were hard and kicked my ass, homework sucked and took forever, the fridge sucked as there's nothing to eat, the wallet is empty as I had to spend money to buy food. Some stress relieving is on the way for this weekend.
